The Open Banana Project
In these pages, I assume that somebody starts with minimal “maker” type knowledge. I will walk through my journal and try to document the methods I used to create the projects that I do.
Sadly (or not), I think there are a lot of good tips here for doing little “maker” type projects — breadboarding, soldering, basic circuitry, microcontroller programmming, etc. But, the main subject of this blog will probably guarantee that people never see them 🙁
My hope is to both enable other people to explore on their own as well as to provide a relatively flexible architecture to get people exploring effectively. This is more a collection of tricks I have gained while pursuing this hobby rather than anything that is particularly “special”.
Here is the big list of chapters so far:
- Chapter 0: Intro to some of the Enabling Technology
- Chapter 1: Playing with little vibrating motors
- Chapter 2: Digital Control of Little Motors
- Sidenote 1: Revisiting Controlling 1 Vibrator
- Sidenote 2: Building LED Visualizers
- Chapter 3: Controlling lots of vibrating motors
To come…. first programs, automated T&D, interfacing orgasm detectors
